  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Problem with Domain Aliases and assigned E-Mail

Hello Girls and Guys!

I have a stupid problem and I'm totaly frustrated about it, and I really hope someone can help me with this (maybe small) problem.

I have a main domain and two aliases. Everything works fine, each alias browses to the main domain.
I also create one e-mail address and now the problems start.

Each time I sent an e-mail to with an alias-tld I got an Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender with 550 failure code.

<[email protected]>: host mail.alias1.org[XXX.XXX.X.XXX]
said: 550 unknown user (in reply to RCPT TO command)

All E-Mails with main domain (for example: [email protected]) works fine.

I really hope that someone can help me with this problem!

Thanks in advance!

My System:

Ubuntu 12.04.3
