Problem with domain redirects

On a new server we have two domains configured the first one is domainA.com.mx with dedicated IP and we add one redirect index.html on the httpdocs that when one client access to that domain redirects to NEWSITE.com.
I just create a new domain domainB.com.mx with a dedicated IP and the issue it's that if you try to access that website from any explorer send you to NEWSITE.com instead the /home/httpd/vhosts/domainB.com.mx/httpdocs that have it's own files.
I check the DNS and everything it's ok
Can you help us to fix this?
