Problem with hotmail.de

Hi,

I use plesk 11.5 and working fine. Now I want send a email to hotmail.de, but this mail never appear. Its my own hotmail.de account. I send from hotmail.de to my email adress .. recieved successfully. I answered this testmail and send again to hotmail.de ... working. Now hotmail.de recieved my email.

Summary.. answers working but never a new fresh mail to hotmail.de. What happen here?

gmx, freenet, gmail ... all another services recieved my mails without problems.

Where I can find the mail log files? I have look in /var/log/maillog* but all files are empty (0Bytes)

Have you check your mail queue ?

Please check your mail is queue and if it's not present in queue then check your hotmail spam/junk folder, May be your mail is delivered in spam folder

I can check with:
# postqueue -p
Mail queue is empty

check your hotmail spam/junk folder, May be your mail is delivered in spam folder
I check directly in browser with a fresh new account. There is nothing in junk folder.

You also want to verify that your server is not blacklisted by popular RBLs from here
This was my first test. But all blacklists are green. 0 times listed in any blacklist.

SOLVED.

Bug(?) in Microsoft filter. Answer from microsoft (in german):

Sehr geehrte(r) *****,

wir haben die Überprüfung der von Ihnen übermittelten IP-Adressen
abgeschlossen. Die nachfolgende Tabelle enthält die Ergebnisse unserer
Untersuchung.

Bedingt entsperrt
xx.xx.xx.xx
Unsere Untersuchung hat festgestellt, dass es keine aktiven
Blockierungen für diese IP-Adresse(n) gibt, jedoch einige E-Mails
gefiltert wurden.

Wir haben bestätigt, dass die IP-Adresse(n) für die Entblockung
qualifiziert, kann aber einer niedrigen täglichen Versandbegrenzung
unterliegen, bis ein guter Ruf für diese IP aufgebaut wird.

Beachten Sie außerdem, dass die Aufhebung dieses Blocks nicht
garantiert, dass Ihre E-Mails in den Posteingängen der Nutzer ankommen.

Die Entblockung kann 24 bis 48 Stunden dauern,bis unser System diese
Änderungen wahrnimmt.
