problem with Key

Hello
[Plesk 7.5.4 Windows]

Plesk told me every day that the key is outdated.
When i look at the master-key-information I have the default key again.

So i upload my key, that i have get from plesk. And it function, but only for on day. I have to upload my key every day and thats a little bit irritating.

Sometimes i get this E-mail from my Server:

Unable to update key. The key you try to send is invalid. You cannot try to update it anymore. Key Authorization Problem.

Where is the failure?
Should i make a websidebackup an reinstall all services?

Same problem here. I received my key 2 days ago, and after installing it, i received at least 2 times a day this error.

There is no entry in the logfile that could give a clue



Additional *** 07.27.2005 - while creating clients and entering domains with 2 people at a time it crashed several times in a hour ***

The last post on page one of the above link lets you know how to get the solution.

Get the dll from sw-soft...never know who might add a little of their own tidbits if you get it somewhere else

php4ts.dll

We had the same problem, and Plesk Support told us apply a hot fix. It is modifying the php4ts.dll. Please open support tickets for this to get the hot fix from them.
