Issue Problem with mail user authentication with disappeared courier-authdaemon

NetVicious

New Pleskian
Hi!
I'm running Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 Update #16 on Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS and I have problems with mail authentication.

I run plesk mail repair and all goes ok during some time.

After one or some days I cannot download nothing from imap or pop3. I need to do another mail repair command or restart the courier-authdaemon service.

Code:
Aug 5 05:50:02 vps373017 courier-pop3d: authdaemon: s_connect() failed: No such file or directory
Aug  5 05:50:02 vps373017 courier-pop3d: LOGIN FAILED, [email protected], ip=[::ffff:999.999.999.999]
Aug 5 05:50:02 vps373017 courier-pop3d: authentication error: No such file or directory

Obviously the password of the mail account it's correct because after restaring the service all goes perfectly.

Try to reinstall Courier-IMAP component with

# plesk installer --select-release-current --remove-component courier
# plesk installer --select-release-current --install-component courier

thx for answer IgorG.

I ran both commands on my server.

I will wait some days to know if it fixed the problem.
