problem with migration tool

hi,
I have 2 server and i'm trying to transfer all domains to the new server using migration tool.
The new server always worked fine, but since last week end, when i transferred some domain, i have a lot of problem.
I get hundred connections in CLOSE_WAIT state and hundred relaylock processes that use 100% of CPU blocking the server.

Can anyone help me?
