Some days now i receive a error on plesk Update :

2024-08-18 03:49:31 ERROR: Exited with returncode 1.

I try to update the linux with SSH and receive same error :

ERROR with transaction check vs depsolve:
libxml2(x86-64) = 2.12.3-1.0.cf.rhel7 is needed by (installed) libxml2-devel-2.1 2.3-1.0.cf.rhel7.x86_64
** Found 1 pre-existing rpmdb problem(s), 'yum check' output follows:
libxml2-devel-2.12.3-1.0.cf.rhel7.x86_64 has missing requires of libxml2(x86-64) = ('0', '2.12.3', '1.0.cf.rhel7')

I try to find that package to download but i not find the package 2.12.3-1.0.

Thank you all.

Hello, @chiris. I am sorry that your inquiry was not addressed thus far. I suspect that the issue is caused because CentOS 7 has reached its EOL. If you have already gotten the "TuxCare Extended Lifecycle Support" extension, I would suggest opening a ticket with Plesk support for an investigation of the issue on your server. To sign-in to support and open a ticket go to https://support.plesk.com.

If you got your license from a reseller, your reseller should provide support for you. If the reseller does not provide support, here is an alternative to get support directly from Plesk: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12388090147095-How-to-get-support-directly-from-Plesk
