Problem with Plesk update

Hi,

i changed the name of the server last month. when the server still had it's old name it was no problem at all to upgrade to a new Plesk version. However since we changed the name it just won't update with the new Plesk ****.

Anyone any ideas? The OS is Redhat Enterprise.
