  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Problem with SPAM RBL zen.spanhaus.org ?

18.0.46
Hello,
I am using the black list setup with zen.spanhaus.org for all my domains, but all the mail to the server are rejected with :
"554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [**.**.***.***] blocked using zen.spanhaus.org; v=spf1 a -all\r\n"
The IP of the host is not blacklisted.
Does anyone have an idea concerning what could happen?
Best Regards
AR

I think you have a better chance for it to work if you fix the typo (it's spamhaus).

Oh ! I'm so sorry, what a stupid error! I have to go to an ophthalmologist ;)
Thank you for your answer.
PS: I don't know to change the prefix: Question > Resolved.

Dont use zen list... as many real clients on dynamic ips by their provider will get blocked. At least that happens in my country.

Exactly as intended. Users on dynamic IP should never send mail directly & unauthenticated.
They should only send mail through their mail provider after authentication.
Blocklists are bypassed for authenticated users.
