• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Problems displaying asp1.1 in domain page

Hi there,

I'm running Plesk 8.6 on Windows 2003. I used the Plesk Backup to take all the info from the old server (running 8.1) and used restore to upload to the new server.

When setting up hosting for domains I can only select asp .net version 2, not 1.1. Both versions are installed and when I go to the the asp.net page on the server admin page. I found this forum page: http://forum.swsoft.com/showthread.php?t=45055 and I tried to do this (changing version 2 for 1) however this brought no luck.

Any suggestions anyone?...

Thanks,

Ian

Run the file "C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\aspnet_regiis.exe" , the path may vary as per your installation.

Thanks for the tip. I ran the script with no luck.

I don't think it is a problem registering it with iis, I can see through the Server page of Plesk that 1.1 is installed and can configure it here, however I can't select it for clients.
