Issue Problems from debian 10 to 12

Manuel Kuhn

New Pleskian
Hello,

I upgraded my Linux server from Debian 10 to Debian 11 and then to Debian 12. The problem is that Plesk is suddenly no longer there, the /usr/local/psa directory no longer exists. I cannot run an autoinstaller or plesk-installer.

Code:
plesk -v
open /usr/local/psa/version: no such file or directory

plesk installer
fork/exec /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller: no such file or directory

plesk --help
Usage: plesk [command]

Commands:
bin - Run the specified Plesk command-line utility (e.g., domain, client)
checkupgrade - Download the preupgrade checker for the latest, or specific Plesk version
conf - Open the specified Plesk configuration file in the editor
daily - Run daily maintenance script
db - Database related commands. Open MySQL console by default.
ext - Call a command-line interface of the specified Plesk extension
help - Show help and exit
installer - Plesk Installer shortcuts and command completion
listupgrade - List versions current instance can upgrade to
  log - Follow Plesk logs
login - Generate login link for specified user
php - Run a PHP script using the Plesk PHP interpreter
repair - Check and repair Plesk
sbin - Run the specified Plesk internal utility
version - Show product version information

can someone help?

thanks in advance
Manu

Installation will not continue because your operating system
"'Debian' 'Linux' '12.7' 'x86_64'" is not supported.

Refer to Plesk release notes for the complete list
of supported operating systems.
