• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

whenever I try to log into plesk via the admin username
it keeps bouncing me back to the log in page, im using the
correct password and so on, when i tried a different password
it said password incorrect, which i expected.
but with the correct user/pass, it is taking me to the following
url: https://www.domain-name-here.com:8443/?previous_page=login_up
then bounces me back to the log in page.
what causes this ?
how do i fix this ?
help!

ok i just logged in, but as soon as i clicked on any buttons or side links, it bounces me back to the log in page.

Hmmm, I'm not sure but it could have something to do with cookies./caching Try checking if you browser caches anything - if using IE make sure IE refreshes at "every visit to page".

I heard about this issue before and someone did the aformentioned and it worked out...

ok plesk is fine, oi! was worried for a min
tried it from another computer and its working okay, going to work on my other one to see whats wrong, thanks for the response :)
