Problems with dr. web

I just bought Dr. Web and installed in our server managed by Plesk.

We added the License Key as an "Additional License Key", however at Plesk Control Panel License Key we still see "Ability to use Antivirus" set to "Off".

Is there anything we did wrong or is there any parameter we have to set and/or activate.
