Issue Problems with HWCLOCK

I have Plesk 17.0.17 on centos 7 VPS running. And scheduled cron scripts run with wrong time. i have checked hwclock and got the following error message

hwclock: Cannot access the Hardware Clock via any known method.
hwclock: Use the --debug option to see the details of our search for an access method.

The provider is Strato. debug is senseless but how can i fix the problem?
