Hello, have a nice Sunday,
I am completely new to Plesk, since 2 weeks I read myself into the subject. However, I still have two problems that prevent email from arriving in Hotmail Outlook and eclipso.
I do not get any help from the server support, this does not help!
I get two error messages and have no idea where to find the option in Plesk for this? Also I don't know how to solve the problem.
Test URL = Newsletters spam test by mail-tester.com
Error 1
-1.274 RDNS_NONE
Delivered to internal network by a host with no rDNS
This may indicate you do not have a rDNS configured for your hostname or the rDNS does not match your sending IP
Error 2
SPF_HELO_NONE
SPF: HELO does not publish an SPF Record
SPF, Dkim and Dimac I have registered
v=spf1 +mx +a +a:srv19464.hosted-by-eurohoster.org ip4:185.162.9.127 ?all
v=DMARC1;p=reject
