Problems with spam service

Hi,

I'm having problems with some mail account's because they are receiving more spam that I wish.

They have marked "What to do with spam mail: Delete" option and then I can't see spam marked.

Can I know any way to look any log and I can to do a study about how much mails with no marked spam and how much mails with marked spam?
