Problems with the virtual host template

Hi,

i upload my own virtual host template. It includes 2 folder (httpdocs, cgi-bin incl. index.html etc.). So far so good. Now i create a new Domain and the my template is in use. I irritated that there are additional a lot of other folders (error_docs,anon_ftp,conf, bin etc.) . How can i disable this flood of unwanted folders ?

btw. the functions 'anon. ftp' and 'own error docs' are disabled in the templates.

I hope you understand my problems und you can help me.
