problems with webusers

Hello to everybody, I have a problem in deleting a created webuser in a domain.

Plesk returns to me this message:

Unable to delete system user nicola: SysUser->systemRemove() failed: usermng failed: Unable to get the user (IUSR_nicola) home: (2221)

Which problem could be there? I'm not able to change password... and also can't use that user

What should I do?

you need to check whether the user exists in windows or not. it seems to be half deleted. if it is you need to do some psa database hacking to remove it manually
