Process id error on Plesk

Dear Support

I have just finished installed for plesk 8.2 on windows 2003 64bit but on 32bit mode everything work will only if i run an extra application GUI such as Plesk Reconfiguration or Plesk Auto Updater or configure Auto Updater i got this error
