I run a lot of cron jobs and I find that they're prone to permissions errors. If I want to test a cron job, I have to set it for two minutes ahead of the current time and wait for the result. If my system clock isn't exactly synched up with the server clock, then the cron job never runs and I need to wait for another few minutes to realize it.
I think it would be great to have a "Process Now" link or button, either next to each cron job or next to the "remove selected" link. This way, one could run either one cron job or the selected cron jobs, without changing the set time of the cron job. This would save me so much time, as well as other people that rely heavily on cron jobs.
