proftpd - per_source_limit

any way to get rid of per_source_limit when uploading/downloading lots of files form ftp?

I found this and applied but it didn;t help

another issue, I discovered that proftpd probably limits uploading kb/s when user tries to upload large amount of files, could be relate dissue due to some limit settings

Did you reload xinetd after modifying the /etc/xinetd.d/proftpd file?
