Promlem with Qmail, after updating Php and Mysql

I'm trying upgrade Mysql to 4.x and Php to 4.4.4
I upgraded it .. in apache works fine
but i have problem with qmail

make updates Php and Mysql from sources
Mysql installed into /usr/local/
Php into /usr/local/php4

Can you help me ?
