Protection of Admin Account from Brute Force Attack

Hi, lately I have been hearing a lot about brute force attacks on admin accounts, where an attacker might try 1 million times to login to an admin account. Some systems have protection, such as blocking too many failed attempts within a certain period of time. Is this protection available for Plesk Panel? Is it possible/recommended to change the admin account name to something harder to guess?

Any information, suggestions, assistance, would be extremely much appreciated. Thank you.
