Provide right links for release notes

New Pleskian
Dear Parallels,

it was nearly never when my Plesk was updated e. g. with the microupdates, I do not get the right link to the changelog. Today morning my system sent me a mail, that microupdates where installed. But in every of those mails, there is the following link to the changes:
http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PP10/whatsnew-redirect.htm?platform=unix&locale=de-DE

It is not nice to read release notes about Plesk 10.3.1 and lower, because I have 10.4.4 and the microupdates are not mentioned at all. I use the Panel since 8.6 and this issue never changed. Please Parallels, do something against this, I want to know what changes are made on my server!

Regards,
Bernhard Eckl
