PSA DB sys_users table inconsistency

in PSA database when i look into sys_users table is see that
the Coloumn named "Shell" contains value "Login Disabled" for some of the domains however it contains nothing (empty) for some of the domains...

In both cases ; when you click Hosting setup you see that "Login Disabled" is selected for all the domains in plesk control panel.

i will try to find out why this happens and will check if the empty fielded domains do have a shell access actually...

i will be glad if someone checks his sys_users table and give information about this.
