psa-security rpm missing

Hi all,

i tried to install plesk manually, but seems that there's on file missing...
i look at the post on the forum, 2 people had the same problem but no solution...

seems that a package : psa-security is missing and i cannot install psa-api-* on my rh-es3 server.

could anybody help me to solve my problem?
