Qmail bounces multiple unknown addresses

Hi I hope this is the right place to post this thread.
I sent a mail to a address on our server ([email protected]) but it bounced back with this:
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at server2.hysir.net.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

bunch of strange addresses there namely the "career@xxxx" addresses, why are those addresses bouncing back to me? Is this normal? Is there something I can do? We have been getting some spam lately.
 
Have you checked forwarding and mail groups on that mailbox? It could be set to orward to all those addresses, for some reason?
 
No there is are no mailgroups set up on this mailbox or mail forwarding
