Hi,
I asked this already in a qmail forum. they adviced me to ask in a plesk forum.
I'm running a webserver (redhat) with plesk management software (7.5). Plesk installed and configured qmail.
under certain circumstances (I don't kow them) a message, which was submitted by one of our users (he prepares it on his PC with outlook and sends it to our server thru a smtp-session (i beleve)) at say 12:00 (noon), is processed by qmail-send about 2,5 hours later.
The file structure logfiles etc. are fairly differnt under plesk as they are described in my book "running qmail"(Richard Blum). I would like to know where i can find a log-entry, when the message entered the system (at noon) and of course would like to find out what is happening the next 2.5 hours until i see "new message" and that specific message gets a Messageid and delivering ist starting (to 17 local users).
has anyone had such a problem before? can anyone help?
thanks in advance
