Qmail/Drweb permission bug

Hi. Seems a lot of people have this problem, so I will post the reason for it here (as far as I can tell)

If you stop drweb via Plesk, qmail-queue.original is copied to qmail-queue, however the required user sticky-bit is not set. From this point on you will see permission problems in the maillog. If you set the sticky-bit on again, it starts working again.

Errors look something like this:
Jun 3 14:40:50 xxxx qmail-queue: dwlib[19896]: files: cannot open tmpfile /var/drweb/spool/drweb.tm
p.s2xq5j - (13) Permission denied
Jun 3 14:40:50 xxxx qmail-queue: cannot create temporary file - (13) Permission denied

Please fix this Swsoft. Seems to have been around for quite a while. Looking at past threads, it started in 7.0
