qmail logging

hi there

i have the problem, that qmail dont log anymore in

/usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog

the file is empty...

any ideas where i can search for this problem?

what i do till now:

- deleted maillog and all *.gz files
- restartet qmail
- restartet the server

Do you have free disk space on the partition where is maillog?

yes enough:

/dev/sda2 155118844 23064924 132053920 15% /

i saw now, that qmail is logging in /var/log/mail

the only thing i dont see is the logging of spamd


why qmail changes the logfiles? weird...

Check the log facilities in:

/etc/syslog.conf

The path for mail.* changed.

cool, yast overwrite my /etc/syslog.conf

now all its okay, thanks!!
