qmail patch

Hello,

Can I install qmail-big-concurrency.patch and qmail-big-ext-todo.patch in qmail. Since i have high volume of incoming mails the qmail-send creates a bottle neck when there is a high volume of incoming mails.Thus creating load on the server and hanging it.Or please suggest if you have any procedure to clear the same.

Also please let me know whether i could install qmail-qmtpd service in plesk.
