qmail problem after update to 9.2.1

I tried to update plesk 9.0.1 to plesk 9.2.1 automatically inside the plesk panel, and the server started after a while to had load average 800+. (email never came for success)

I saw that had several processes of:

Also i tried to send emails but i got this error from qmail:
451 qq internal bug (#4.3.0)

I checked logs and i see that there are thousands of:
Jul 12 14:25:17 flexynet qmail-queue-handlers[6332]: Unable to stat entry '/usr/local/psa/handlers/info/10-spf-qi8SjI/executable' or it is not link: No such file or directory
Jul 12 14:25:17 flexynet qmail-queue-handlers[6332]: call_handlers: stop call handlers from dir '/usr/local/psa/handlers/before-queue/global'

When i try to update plesk manually from the command line i get:
3. (*) Parallels Plesk Panel 9.0.1 (currently installed)
BUT INSIDE PLESK I SEE "Parallels Plesk Panel 9.2.1"

And if i try to install again 9.2.1 i got:
error: Failed dependencies:

psa = 9.0.1 is needed by (installed) psa-appvault-updates-9.0.1-suse10.3.build90090127.18.noarch

ERROR: Unable to install the requested packages because either there is not enough free disk space left, or there are package dependency problems.

Is there anything that i can do to restore previous version of plesk that worked fine or to fix this version?

problem with handlers solved, as i saw that inside all mail accounts in /usr/local/psa/handlers/before-local/recipient there were two handlers: (probably the old one of Apr 27 was never deleted after update's synchronization of mails so i delete the old ones)

and in /usr/local/psa/handlers/before-queue/global there was one handler that it was deleted and all of error and warn logs are ok now.

the problem with plesk version is remaining, installer thinks that there is 9.0.1 installed plesk panel says 9.2.1 and updates cannot be applied neither for 9.0.1 or 9.2.1
