qmail problem after upgrade to Plesk 8.3

I just updated the system from Plesk 8.2 to 8.3 and out of sudden the email services for the hosting server is down. The mail queue seems to be jam with emails, i cant load the page at all.

Tried to repair the qmail with http://pyropus.ca/software/queue-repair/docs.html but now the qmail seems to still clearing the queue but new mail sending and receiving still failed.

some sniplet from maillog, appreciate any help?
