qmail-problem with different error-messages

Hey folks,

since yesterday we got some serious problems with our qmail-configuration (receiving mails- NOT sending).

First error was:

PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 9): 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

I put our hostname in /var/qmail/controls/rcpthosts

and restarted qmail with
/etc/init.d/qmail restart

Second error after that:

Sorry. Although I'm listed as a best-preference MX or A for that host, it isn't in my control/locals file, so I don't treat it as local. (#5.4.6)

Third error after sending a mail:

Sorry, no mailbox here by that name. (#5.1.1)

Whats that? Any clue?

thanks for replying, I already followed this advices and it didn't work.

There is always written:

To fix the problem make sure that Mail service is enabled for the...

Where do I look for that?
Didn't find anything in Plesk and the configuration files...
