qmail-Problems delivering

I got some problems with qmail.
the concerning emailaddresses are some mailgroups. the occuring error-message is:

qmail: 1158320906.788525 delivery 289: deferral: Unable_to_chdir_to_maildir._(#4.2.1)/

the maildir has access-rights: ug+rwx,o+r and is owned by popuseropuser - plesk seems to create them like this: u+rwx,go-rwx with owner popuseropuser

whats wrong with it and why the hell does plesk create them wrong (if so)

I had this problem with a couple domains since I've switched to 8. Basically I just went in and disabled their domain and re-enabled it. Have had no more problems since. This was the case on 3 domains so far, so I can only assume disable/enable the domain fixed it.

Not an explanation, but might work for you as well.
