Qmail process going crazy and no incomming email.

Ok preaty new to Linux and godaddy is hosting our Linux box that is running Plesk 9.2.3.
Most importantly none of my mailboxes on the entire server are getting any new messages although everthing else seems to be working fine.

If I log into ssh and use the "top" command I get hundres of qmail processes...
The load is hanging around 53, 53, 53

I saw on another thread that the certificate might be misnamed...
checked that and the name was correct.

It suggested I do this
Please check /var/qmail/control for the following 2 cert files:
dh512.pem
dh1024.pem
If you don't see them or with another naming (dhparam512/1024), rename them accordingly.
Didn't work...
