  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

qmail queue question

Is there any way to read the e-mail header information of e-mail messages that are in the queue? My server is being bombarded with the sober worm and I am needing to block the ip address it is coming from at our router.

Do a search for qmHandle on these forums this is a little script that will do everything you need in regards to the email queue

I have the qmhandle program but it only shows the message number, return path, from e-mail address, to e-mail address and the subject. I am needing to look at the actual e-mail message header to see what IP the e-mails are coming from. Unless there is a switch for qmhandle that will show the full message header that I do not know about.

Available parameters:
-a : try to send queued messages now (qmail must be running)
-l : list message queues
-L : list local message queue
-R : list remote message queue
-s : show some statistics
-mN : display message number N
..
...

^^^^ that one :)

Hey there... another thing to consider is the 4PSA Qmail Manager. It will let you search and view nessages from the queue and see the header and everything from a GUI perspective. I must say it has saved my but many times... and it isn't very expensive either.
