Question about cgitory directory

Total neophyte to Plesk here, so please forgive me if this is insanely simple. I've been looking around the install of Plesk, and I found the /usr/local/psa/var/cgitory/ directory. What's with all the apps in there? Can I use them and install them as modules? Do I hav to write a SPEC file for each and make my own RPMs for them? Do I completely ignore them and go on my merry way? ANY advice or pointers where to look would be greatly appreciated.
