Question Regarding: Plesk 7.5 Reloaded Patches

I have a question regarding Plesk 7.5 Reloaded Patches at URL:
http://www.sw-soft.com/en/download/plesk/patches/

I have Plesk 7.5.1Reloaded and have used the "updater" button and have udated to version 7.5.2 and then have used the "updater" button again to update every other available update in Plesk 7.5.2 Control Panel.

My question is, do I need to run the Patches on Plesk 7.5 Reloaded Patches at URL:
http://www.sw-soft.com/en/download/plesk/patches/ ?

Do these updates update Red Hat Linux OS as well? or are they only PSA updates?
