Quota didn't get updated

One of our customers exceeded his given harddisk quota of 100mb. File uploads failed because of this.

Now the problem: Even after I set its quota to 500MB in Plesk all file uploads failed.

quota says:
# quota -qs rasti
Disk quotas for user xxx (uid 10014):
Block limit reached on /dev/sda7

It seems like Plesk isn't updating the quota for the filesystem.

Is there any solution for solving my problem?
