Hi,
We have been investigating an issue today where some users quotas in Plesk are over the limit by quite a long way however they are still able to upload files even though the policy is set to prevent overuse.
After looking into this we checked the Windows disk quotas and we found that this showed the user at 5MB usage with a limit of 100MB where as they are actually using 401MB. Upon checking the users vhost directory we found that the files were not actually owned by the user and as such this is not being calculated in their usage however the user does have permissions on the directory allowing them to operate their website.
To test this further I put a 100mb test file in the directory and set the ownership to the user and the Windows quota was immediately updated and blocked anything else being written.
This appears to be common across all of our Plesk 10 servers and all accounts so is there something that I am missing or is this a bug in Plesk 10?
