Hi I installed and set Rainloop as webmail but when I type webmail.example.com I get this error.
Any ideas? Thank you

Hi,

To answer that question more details about installation process is required.

Usually, just installing will not integrate the external webmail into Plesk. It will look like a webmail solution installed on Plesk server as on a website hosting.
As an alternative, I suggest trying SOGo Webmail extension, it integrates a new webmail client into Plesk.
