random register globals ON / OFF for a while.......?

Plesk Server 7.5.4

some times my server forget the register globals settings... very strange situation... all the sites that are using register globals to ON don't work for a while... I searched on the forum but no one have this trouble...

I also created vhost.conf for every single domain with the directive "php_admin_flag register_globals 1" but the situation is the same...

any suggestions ?
