RapidSSL Wildcard install problem

"Unable to set the certificate: Invalid certificate format." when i enter my key..

How can i fix this problem?

I have
CSR:
-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE REQUEST-----
....
-----END CERTIFICATE REQUEST-----

Private Key:
-----BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
.....
-----END RSA PRIVATE KEY-----

Certificate:
-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
...........
-----END CERTIFICATE-----


and pfx file.


I When i copy "CSR" to "Certificate *" and "Certificate" to "CA certificate" section

than i see that error under "Certificate *" section = > "Unable to set the certificate: Invalid certificate format."

Please help me.
