Issue WHMCS Subscription Suspensions

We are using the Plesk Server module in WHMCS v9 which manages suspending and un-suspending subscriptions.

Since the Plesk update 18.0.80 WHMCS is unable to suspend a subscriptions, giving the error:

Module Command Error
Error code: 1014. Error message: Parser error: Request is invalid. Error in line 2: Element 'domain': This element is not expected. Expected is one of ( request-settings, server, customer, webspace, subdomain, dns, db_server, mail, certificate, site-alias ).

WHMC is still able to connect to Plesk when using the Test Connection option within WHMCS settings.

Can anyone suggest any work arounds for this?

Latest version of Plesk did away with the older version of XML-RPC, make sure that the module you're using is fully up to date to utilize Plesk's latest version of XML-RPC. If after checking to make sure everything is up to date with WHMCS and still have issues, follow the guide at Troubleshooting Module Command Errors | Troubleshooting | Guides & Tutorials and open a ticket with WHMCS.
