Rebuild users 'n directories from dump

Hey,

after a huge plesk crash during updates i decided to backup my vhosts/ folder, my qmail/mailnames/ folder and my mysql-databases. Afterwards i re-initialized the server and reinstalled plesk. After importing my mysql dump of psa database, the webinterface shows all settings, users, domain, etc like before crashing. Now i'm wondering if there's any possibility to rebuild users and directory structures via some commandline tools or should i un-tar my backups an all's fine again? I'm afraid to kill my fresh installation again.
