• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question Receive emails from a specific list of IP's

Robert S Tucker

New Pleskian
Hi, I use spamhero.com to filter incoming emails. They have a list of IP's that they forward incoming email from to my plesk server. How can I add these IP's to my Plesk incoming mail service so that only email coming from this service will be allowed in?

NB: This is not whitelisting an IP to RECIVE emails SENT from a plesk server: How to whitelist an IP address in Plesk mail server

This is whitelisting an IP (or several IP addresses) of a server SENDING emails TO Plesk.

Ok. I reread the link above (which I thought was NOT the answer), and of course it IS AN answer, but not the right one. this will filter all senders including mail clients which is not what I want.

appears if I add IP filtering I need to add every IP for every mail client.
