Looks like you're trying to add maxscale which does not support CentOS or RHEL 7. You can try downloading the mariadb repo setup for the specific version of mariadb of what you currently have and see if that works for that specific issue

As for the the other one, looks like you might being using Contabo for your hosting? If so, it's more likely that either that address does not exist any more or there's changes happening at the moment. In either case, you could always try changing the repos back to using just CentOS's repos instead of the hoster provided ones. You can refer to How to Correct Yum Baseurl Issues on CentOS 7 for help on that one.

In all honestly, though, considering CentOS is basically dead and more applications is starting to drop support for it I'd suggest attempting to convert your CentOS 7 installation to AlmaLinux 8 via the conversation script found at GitHub - plesk/centos2alma: CentOS 7 to AlmaLinux 8 conversion tool or spin up a new server, install the latest version of Plesk and use the Migration manager to migrate the sites over.

Whatever option you choose, make sure you have a good backup and/or snapshot in an event anything goes wrong so you can quicky roll back.
