Recieved Webmail Header IP showing 0000

Ive tried to resolve this on my own but it seems this is a tough one. When sending email from webmail, name and IP are blank. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Do you use Horde or Roundcube webmail?
Have you tried to repair mail settings?
