Redirect domain to WWW

I'm trying to redirect a domain name from domain.com to www.domain.com and any files they might access, like domain.com/sitemap.html would redirect to www.domain.com/sitemap.html. I understand there is an easy way to do this in the Unix version, but I cannot find it anywhere for Windows. Does anyone know of a solution?
